Jeff & I have served & partnered w/ Incalink for years. We love them because they are passionate about ethical serving in a way that brings up a community, rather than hurting it. They plant ministries based on the needs of the community we are going to. They are also passionate about serving alongside locals. We are required to partner up with a local church and our ministries are required to hire locals. This not only provides more jobs to the area but also helps us know how best to serve and understand the community and be respectful. Our organization is bilingual because a lot of our missionaries come from Latin America.
